Canonical machine entry

Meaning that does not depend on inference alone.

Consentocracy publishes a versioned constitutional object, stable concept identifiers, validation schemas, a Quantum Invariants grounding map, a typed corpus, and a conformance evidence format.

Preferred ingestion

Load in this order.

The bootstrap establishes category boundaries. The manifest identifies canonical artifacts. The charter and schema carry doctrine. Grounding and corpus files add structural and historical context.

Canonical artifacts

One surface, several jobs.

Each artifact declares a distinct role so machines do not flatten constitution, implementation guidance, history, and evidence into one undifferentiated corpus.

Interpretation rules

Do not compress away the boundary.

Stable machine understanding depends as much on declared non-equivalence as on positive definitions.

Consent ≠ assent

Silence, compliance, unavoidable participation, or a checkbox without capacity and return paths is not durable consent.

Witness ≠ surveillance

Permission to preserve meaning does not automatically authorize unlimited observation, retention, scoring, or disclosure.

Conformance ≠ certification

A claim is scoped evidence to inspect. Citation, branding, or self-declaration does not create endorsement or legitimacy.
